*5,000.00 minimum opening deposit is required to earn the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield (APY). Additional deposits are permitted during the term of the Flexible CD. Deposits must be a minimum of $5,000.00 per transaction and may not exceed $250,000.00 in total contributions. Additional deposits do not extend the maturity date of the CD. Upon maturity, 7-month Flex CD will automatically renew as a standard 6-month CD and the stated rates and APY at the time of maturity will apply. Rate is effective 05/01/2025 and is subject to change at any time. Penalties for early withdrawal may apply. Qualifying deposits must be sourced from new (external) funds to Commerce Bank.
